Diabetes Diet Advice

This blog has been reaching a slower pace with updates, with work commitments and controlling my diabetes blood sugar levels keeping me busy.

I visit my doctor in November to see my Hemoglobin A1C numbers, to see my blood sugar levels average for the last 3 months.

I will keep updated, and will inform more about diabetes diet happenings.
